Characteristics of a Coaching Session

One on one appointments with professional educators to support students enrolled in lower level math and science courses.

Students schedule appointments with an academic coach and meet with this individual on an on-going basis throughout the semester. Sessions will last anywhere from a half hour to an hour depending on the need. Students will work with the coach to develop an individualized success plan for a specific math/science course. Sessions include: tutoring, study strategies, as well as a review of success plans.
